Thank you for choosing AnProxy (https://www.AnProxy.com/). We are committed to providing reliable and high-performance proxy services. If our services are unavailable or experience major issues, you may be eligible for a refund under the conditions outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Refund
We accept refund requests under the following circumstances:
A. Service Unavailability: You are unable to connect to our proxy servers after purchase, and the issue remains unresolved within 72 hours after contacting our support team.
B. Service Disruption: System-wide issues that result in service downtime exceeding 72 consecutive hours.
C. Duplicate Payments: You were charged more than once for the same order due to technical or billing errors.
D. Other Exceptional Cases: If there are other reasonable grounds for a refund, we will assess and handle them on a case-by-case basis.
Please Note:
Refunds will not be issued for the following reasons:
A. Issues caused by user misconfiguration or incorrect setup;
B. Problems related to the user's local network or third-party software conflicts;
C. Orders used extensively or active for more than 48 hours (unless a critical fault is confirmed);
D. Paid trials or promotional plans are non-refundable.
F. Usage of more then 10% for any plans or service is non-refundable.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email support@AnProxy.com with the following details:
A. Your order ID; complete payment details; reference number etc
B. The registered email address and user name used for purchase;
C. A clear description or screenshot of the issue.
D. All the above options are not apply if user exceed the limit more than 10%.
We will respond within 1-3 business days. Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 15 business days to your original payment method once KYC is verified.
3. Additional Terms
AnProxy reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund requests;
Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated purchases followed by refunds) may result in service termination and refund denial;
